Pricing and Availability

Price and availability quotes are available and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise specified in the quote.  Product availability is based on time of quote and subject to change.  Upon receipt of an order, anticipated ship date will available.  may be placed in written form via conventional mail, fax, or e-mail.

Purchase Orders need to include:

• Product number
• Product description
• Quantity
• Contact person
• Contact phone number
• Shipping address
• Billing address
• Method of payment:  orders must include one of the below to begin order fulfillment
  • Purchase order number

  • Master Card or Visa Credit Card information including:
    • Name on the credit card
    • Billing location for credit card
    • Credit card number
    • Expiration date
    • SIC code

Payment Terms

Payment Terms are net thirty (30) days from shipping date, payable in US dollars.

Shipment/Delivery

Shipments are made from Gaithersburg, MD, using the best routing determined by Afc unless otherwise specified. The cost of shipping is added to the invoice. Alternatively, customers may specify a preferred shipper and provide their account number with that shipper.

Return Policy 

Afc stands behind its products and will gladly replace defective products. 

Damaged Product

Per carrier regulations, claims for merchandise damaged in transit by a commercial carrier must be filed by the customer directly with the carrier.

Conditions of Sale

Sales are made without seller's warranty, either expressed or implied, and claims are limited to replacement of unacceptable product or refund of purchase price. The safe and reasonable handling of products is the responsibility of the customer. Afc accepts no liability for injury resulting from use of their products.

All products are sold for research use only, REGULATORY APPROVALS FOR CLINICAL APPLICATIONS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER.

Afc does have Device Master Files on file with the FDA to facilitate customers’ regulatory applications.  Upon written customer request, Afc is happy to provide a Letter of Authorization to allow access to the appropriate Master File.
