As a cell culture system, these bags offer a closed system which reduces the opportunity for contamination yet allows for manipulation, incubation, observation, storage, and disposal within the same bag or within connected bags.  Afc can provide sterile dockable tubing.

Eliminates Contamination

Closed system (no media or culture transfers) eliminates the opportunity for contamination.

Fill the bag with culture.   Closed culture system goes directly into incubator. O2 and CO2 go through the material for respiration and elimination.   Closed culture system goes directly onto inverted microscope. The bags are optically clear.   Please read the FAQ on Freezing.   Closed culture system goes directly into autoclave for sterilization and safe disposal. No transfer required.
