* A white cap is included inside a transparent 15x23cm overwrap. DO NOT
DISCARD the overwrap, as it is used to contain the bag during freezing. |

1. Fill the bag through the sterile dockable tubing which enters the
bag through the tubing containment pocket. |

2. Purge all the air
out of the bag and then seal or clamp the tubing. |
| |

| |
|
|
|
3. Heat seal the sterile dockable tubing
as close to the bag as possible. You may seal the tubing
through the FEP plastic of the bag. Make additional segments as
desired for sampling. |

4. Fold all tubing segments into the tubing
containment pocket. Then seal the tubing containment pocket closed
using a high temperature sealer such as the Accusealer of the Afc
FEP4 (shown). |

5. After attaching
any necessary labels, fold the label pocket alongside the bag.
Insert the entire bag inside the transparent overwrap pouch. |

6. Heat seal the overwrap closed using two seals. |
